iRemit is a web-based program for reporting employee information and paying contributions to the Laborers’ Benefit Fund.

Important Notice

Effective on or after January 1, 2012, any signatory employer that becomes delinquent shall remit electronically ACH on a weekly basis or in the alternative, remit weekly by certified check made payable to the “LDC Delinquency Committee” to a business agent or other Fund designee at the job site. Please read the Weekly Contribution Notice to All Employers.

To pay using Automatic Online Payments via ACH – please remember to set banking information in iRemit before you create a remittance report.

An executed Laborers’ District Council Agreement must be current to remit in the iRemit system. To verify your current agreement status, please call 215-684-2090.

If you received a “no contract or job site” [Error Message], Please contact LDC at 215-684-2090 for a current agreement.
